About the Role

The Dining Room Attendant will work in a 14-day on/7-day off, drive-in, drive-out roster with meals and accommodation provided while on site.

This is a full-time position that requires assisting the kitchen staff to ensure an adequate supply of food is available for consumption during service times.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness of the meal and service areas
  • Cleanliness of food preparation equipment
  • Assist in stock takes and other inventory control activities as required
  • Comply with site-specific safety requirements and report any potential issues

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in large commercial kitchens and dining
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service
