Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic and caring approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Access to a reliable vehicle (for Home Care Support Workers)
