As a Digital Services Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the continuous improvement backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, leveraging consumer feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights to guide decisions and improve user experience.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Digital Product Owner / Product Manager (or equivalent role) in a complex digital environment.
  • Strong track record of managing digital product backlogs, prioritising features, and delivering continuous improvements.
  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements
  • Experience in applying consumer feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights to guide decisions and improve user experience.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, website architecture, UX/UI principles, and agile delivery methods.
