Digital Delivery Lead – Sydney

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery. You will partner with clients to uncover requirements, shape solutions, and lead delivery to successful outcomes. You will engage stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, and steer delivery teams to achieve impactful results.

Responsibilities
  • Client Partnership & Advisory – Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges, defining requirements, and shaping pragmatic solutions.
  • End-to-End Delivery Leadership – Oversee initiatives from discovery through to delivery, ensuring projects are scoped, planned, and executed effectively.
  • Business Analysis & Process Optimisation – Map current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state workflows that enable measurable business value.
  • Solution Alignment – Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with client strategy.
  • Governance & Reporting – Provide clear delivery updates, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain alignment with client expectations.
  • Change & Adoption – Support organisational change, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and confident in adopting new solutions.
  • Relationship Building – Develop strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, positioning yourself and INGRITY as partners in their success.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst with progression into Delivery Lead / Project Management roles is ideal.
  • Strong consulting or client facing experience, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in client engagements.
  • Demonstrated success leading the delivery of technology or transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution shaping.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Background in Microsoft platforms, SaaS solutions, or data/analytics initiatives highly regarded.
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience will be a distinct advantage.
