About the Role

This position involves designing, implementing, and monitoring rehabilitation programs to assist clients in returning to work. You will conduct functional assessments, worksite and ergonomic assessments, and identify Return to Work barriers.

  • Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans that promote client success
  • Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs and goals
  • Liaising with clients, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve optimal outcomes
