Claims Management Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Claims Management Advisor to join our team at EML (Employers Mutual Limited). As a Claims Management Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to injured workers and their employers throughout the workers compensation claim process.
About EMLEML is a leading workers compensation and personal injury claims management business. We provide industry-specific workers compensation insurance to over 1600 accommodation hotels, pubs, and clubs in the hospitality industry. Our mission is to help injured workers recover and return to work by providing exceptional service and support.
The RoleAs a Claims Management Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting injured workers and employers with the workers compensation claim process
- Making timely contact with injured workers to ensure access to required services
- Proactively managing the claims process to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes for workers who have experienced a workplace injury or illness
- Providing ongoing advice to stakeholders on matters related to injured workers, employers, and providers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service/retail/hospitality with a passion for helping people
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer-centric support
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational and coordination skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
