As a Contract Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful management of contracts. You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring procurement contracts to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, legal requirements, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with contract owners, procurement leads, and legal counsels to finalise contract formation accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure relevant due diligence is completed prior to seeking contract approval.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks, inconsistencies, or non-compliance issues in draft and active contracts.
  • Maintain and update contract databases and repositories to ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
  • Administer contract execution, contract variations, extensions, and terminations.
  • Analyse spend data, prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to provide insights on contract performance, risks, and compliance.
  • Monitor and report supplier/contract performance against contract obligations and KPIs.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and contract close-out processes.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance contract governance and efficiency.
">Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in contract administration or procurement support roles.
  • Practical understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement processes.
  • Experience in generating reports from SAP and building Power BI / Excel-based dashboards or similar applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Organisational and time management skills to manage competing deadlines.
  • Agility to adapt to various goods and services category requirements.
