Procurement and Contract Manager Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing procurement and contract management oversight and support to our Office Building Security function.

About the Role:

  • Provide governance and support to the ACLS's Security team on management of existing security services Purchase Order Contracts (POCs)
  • Advise staff on operational and commercial aspects of current contracting arrangements
  • Lead the Security function uplift program, focusing on improving delivery processes and undertaking POC administration and governance activities
  • Manage the procurement process for future retendering of security services under the State Purchase Contract (SPC)

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement and master supplier contract management
  • Able to influence and resolve commercial issues through negotiations with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in driving supplier performance and implementing contract management frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, advise and negotiate with stakeholders
