About You:

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or regional management within the remedial, civil, or construction industries.
  • In-depth understanding of remedial techniques and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of civil and structural principles, ideally with a technical background in engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent interpersonal skills to foster client and team relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, proposal development, and strategic sales skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue and growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively.
