Inventory Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team in a strategic inventory planning role.

This is a full-time permanent position located in a dynamic work environment, reporting directly to the Team Leader of Inventory & Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate national inventory planning activities across product portfolios
  • Create and maintain accurate Master Data related to products and suppliers
  • Report on portfolio performance, variance forecasts, and inventory stock targets
  • Manage inventory, slow-moving stock, quarantined items, and obsolete stock
  • Prepare shipping plans and forward purchase orders
  • Maintain up-to-date product and supplier data
  • Provide assistance and support to key stakeholders as required
  • Maintain relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Inventory Analyst roles, responsible for planning, forecasting, and purchasing
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks
  • The ability to build rapport quickly with key stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge and experience of international shipping and inventory management
  • A highly analytical mindset with a result-oriented focus
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or business-related disciplines preferred
