We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Gippsland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our farmers in the area.

This is a unique opportunity to develop and grow with a dynamic dairy business. You will work closely with our suppliers to identify and implement new opportunities for growth and improvement.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the dairy industry.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our supplier base.">
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and improvement.">
  • Managing and coordinating farm-related issues and initiatives.">
  • Providing support and guidance to farmers on milk quality and other relevant topics.">
  • Assisting with investigations and resolving supplier issues.">
  • Recruiting new suppliers and developing strategic partnerships.">

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role.">
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.">
  • Strong understanding of the dairy industry.">
  • Degree qualification in Agriculture or related field.">
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.">
