Optimizing Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Industrial Engineer. In this newly created position, you will focus on optimizing production processes and improving efficiency.
About the Role- Analyzing current operating plans to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Developing solutions to operational issues to reach desired cost reductions and quality improvements.
- Collaborating with business analysts and operations teams to implement cost-effective methods of manufacturing.
- Conducting cost-to-produce analysis for new products and ROI for new projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated industrial engineering experience (ideally 5+ years) or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience with Process Improvement Programs including PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean, RCA, SMED, Kaizen.
