Industry Leader Opportunity

This is a highly analytical and commercially driven position in the property sector, focusing on the built environment, construction and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain economic forecasts for the construction and infrastructure sectors, including trends, market analysis, and policy impacts.

  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in these markets.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide thought leadership and strategic insights.

  • Engage with external clients, industry bodies, government agencies, and regulators to build relationships and drive business growth.

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefings, and whitepapers to support marketing efforts and industry forums.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of macroeconomic indicators and their application to real-world business decisions.

  • Familiarity with industry datasets, statistical software, and tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Public speaking and presentation skills are required to engage with industry forums and business-to-business events.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and priorities.
