About the Role
">- We are currently seeking a Claims Service Consultant to join our team in Australia.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a high level of customer service experience and insurance knowledge/background to work in a fast-paced environment.
About You
">- You will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of claims, handling inbound/outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers is also a key part of this role.
The Ideal Candidate
">- High level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
- Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others.

Your Salary
">Your estimated salary for this position will be around $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
