Job Description

As a seasoned Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for orchestrating the daily operations of our Food and Beverage team. Your role will be to ensure seamless service quality across all F&B areas, providing exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.

  • Organize and manage daily team activities to meet operational requirements.
  • Lead by example, motivate, and coordinate the team to achieve optimal results.
  • Communicate effectively with the leadership team to address feedback and key information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Food and Beverage, preferably within a premium hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on people and teamwork.
  • Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Staff rostering and scheduling experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team working skills.
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead highly motivated and engaged teams.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow within the company.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts across different meal periods, weekends, and public holidays.
