Physiotherapy Professional Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physiotherapy Graduate to join our 12-month professional development program.

The program is designed to strengthen your clinical knowledge, enhance your skills, and support you in becoming a confident and competent independent practitioner.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide physiotherapy services to elderly clients receiving funding through Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and the NDIS.
  • Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to deliver high-quality services.
  • Continually review processes for improvement and update the team wiki with best practices.
  • Work and communicate effectively with patient care teams, including allied health professionals and care advisers at leading organisations.
  • Prepare training materials for partner organisations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Full AHPRA registration by the start of the program.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Regular access to a car.
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference.
  • Based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Queensland.
