About the Role

This position requires a strong clinical focus, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services within the AFL program while driving injury prevention and screening strategies.

You will design individualised rehabilitation programs, provide expert guidance on return-to-play decisions, lead and mentor Lead Physiotherapists, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure best-practice standards are met.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Master's qualifications in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • 5 years' experience in sports physiotherapy at the elite level
  • Experience working in AFL or a high-contact sport environment
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
  • Flexible availability
  • A commitment to ethical practice
