About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing property and leasing services, including liaison with landlords, tenants, and buyers. They will also analyze market rents and research credible and informed advice to customers, negotiate lease agreements, and prospect for new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management and execution of property and leasing services, including liaison with key stakeholders.
  • Analysis of market trends and research for informed advice to clients.
  • Negotiation of lease agreements and incentives on behalf of the client.
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Carrying out site inspections, marketing, and listing of properties.

Requirements

  • WA Property Management Registration (or undertaking the process).
  • At least 3+ years' experience in Property/Real Estate - ideally managing your own portfolio or taking a step up from junior roles.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about delivering high-quality service to clients.
