**Job Role:** Administrator - Project Support

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in providing high-level administrative support across designated areas, stores, teams, and branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of site mobilisation requirements, including accurate timesheet entry and induction coordination.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage site mobilisation requirements
Provide administrative support across designated areas
Coordinate team logistics, such as rosters, training matrices, and departmental audits
Oversee work order administration, labour tracking, purchase orders, and warranty claims
Maintain inventory control, including safety gear (PPE), uniforms, and office supplies

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
Strong administrative skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication—interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
Exceptional customer service with ability to build and maintain relationships
Advanced computer literacy—proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications
High attention to detail and ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
