Real Estate Credit and Equity Specialist

We are seeking a driven Investment Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing debt and equity transactions across major Australian capital cities. This role offers broad exposure to the real estate industry, with opportunities to expand knowledge of commercial real estate (CRE) debt and equity.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the analysis of financial statements and market trends to inform investment decisions.
- Analyze and evaluate potential investments, including risk assessment and return on investment projections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
