Academic Support Associate

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to provide high-level administrative support across the Academic Support Unit, working in close partnership with schools to ensure seamless delivery of academic programs and initiatives.

  • Support the progression of students through their programs, focusing on quality assurance and excellence;
  • Collaborate with school-based teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences aligned with the University's strategic objectives;
  • Drive process enhancements using a continuous improvement ethos and best practices;

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education;
  • Extensive experience in providing customer-centric administrative support, including:
    • Scheduling management and event coordination;
    • Effective stakeholder management with diverse backgrounds;
    • Policies and procedures interpretation and application;
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, databases, and the ability to learn new systems and processes;
