We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructors to join our team at the Parramatta Aquatic Centre, a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Parramatta.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our community members. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and quality fitness activities that cater to diverse needs and interests.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Designing and Delivering Classes: Create and teach high-energy group fitness classes that promote physical activity and overall wellbeing.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to feedback and suggestions from participants.
  • Maintaining Qualifications: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain relevant qualifications, such as CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work effectively with other instructors and staff to ensure seamless programming and operations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably in a busy aquatic or fitness environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
