Job Title: Strategic Business Improvement Manager

Job Description:

This key leadership role oversees the analysis and improvement of business processes across multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead a team to critically review and deliver strategic projects that drive customer experience excellence.

  • Proven experience in leading teams to achieve comprehensive business analysis lifecycle, collaborating with various service providers, staff, insurers, and stakeholders.
  • Effective engagement at all levels from on-ground teams to senior executives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex technical information and business rules, facilitating informed decision-making and process enhancements.
  • Experience in identifying and prioritizing key delivery items for new projects using agile methodologies, building strategic relationships with stakeholders to define business needs and user stories.
  • Expertise in documenting business processes and requirements, evaluating outcomes, and establishing system testing to ensure software quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated currency of knowledge in business analysis and SAFe Agilest accreditation.
  • Satisfactory criminal record check.
