Stock Controller/Customer Service Representative

Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Stock Controller/Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, provide exceptional support, and perform daily data entry tasks.

  • Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via email, producing labels and outbound orders using software, and providing high-level customer service.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to achieve excellent results and support general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A friendly and approachable nature with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to work independently and make sound decisions.

Desirable skills include knowledge of inventory management software and experience in warehouse operations or customer service.
