Warehouse Operations Manager

This role involves managing the efficient and cost-effective collection, receiving, sorting, storage, and distribution of stock and orders in a warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive team knowledge and ability to distinguish between saleable and unsaleable goods
- Ensure team are aware of standards in relation to donated goods
- Oversee and manage to ensure that nominated targets for output of saleable goods are achieved
- Manage minimum levels of stock and goods in the warehouse
- Oversee all inventory management and stock control administrative activities
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective fulfilment of store orders using correct paperwork, systems, and operating procedures
- Take care when handling goods
- Accurately account for all goods and equipment
- Supervise team members to maintain plant and equipment in a safe and clean condition
- Ensure warehouse is maintained in a safe condition
- Valid Australian Driver's License or truck (MR) or forklift license
- Previous experience in a Logistics or Transport and Distribution Supervision role
- Understanding, empathy, and appreciation of others with ability to promote values and ethos
- Knowledge of work health safety obligations and practice these day to day
