We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to take ownership of advice implementation and provide high-level administrative support in a Sydney based financial planning practice.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a rare combination of beautiful CBD offices with city views, a warm and welcoming culture, and the opportunity to work closely with a respected Practice Principal and Associate Adviser.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in financial advice administration and implementation, be highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, and possess strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end advice implementation process, preparing and lodging applications, forms, and supporting documents, liaising with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records in CRM, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
