  6. Stay current on migration law, policy, and industry trends, sharing insights with the team.
  7. Comply with OMARA's Code of Conduct and the firm's risk management practices.
  8. Lead and mentor migration assistants.
  9. Participate in industry initiatives to grow the work pipeline and expand strategic partnerships.
