Job Title: Financial Governance & Reporting Manager

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Group Financial Controller to develop and implement financial policies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include policy development and implementation, bid and tender submission, monitoring and managing compliance risks, issue resolution and investigation, reporting and documentation, and operational compliance and support.

  • Develop and implement financial policies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage key risk and compliance initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders on major business projects.
  • Lead fair and thorough investigations into policy breaches.

Effective communication of policies through training, user guides, and system workflows is also a key aspect of this role.
