This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Project Coordinator where every day is different and you are at the heart of creating remarkable experiences.
As Project Coordinator, you will support our exam deliveries and help ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll work closely with our Senior Project Manager and other team members to make sure exams are set up and delivered on time. This role will help you grow your skills in events management, problem-solving, and teamwork.
This is a parental leave contract of 6 months to 12 months (with the potential for extension based on performance). We're looking for someone to start soon.
What You Will Be Working On
- Gather exam booking requirements from clients.
- Assist the Exams Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in all aspects of exam planning and delivery.
- Source and liaise with external partner venues and suppliers and ensure collaboration with stakeholders across the business for a smooth event.
- Keep track of event details in our CRM system and ensure everything is up to date.
- Ensure exams are delivered correctly and help resolve any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a blend of event management and customer service skills. You should be detail-oriented, organised, and effective in managing multiple tasks.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in event management or project coordination.
- Communicates well and works well in a team.
