Case Worker Role

This role provides an opportunity to support community members in achieving their goals through collaborative partnerships and case management.

  • Support community members in overcoming challenges and improving their well-being.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver integrated services and solutions.

As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the specific needs of community members, developing high-quality case plans, and providing effective support and services to individuals experiencing disadvantage and financial hardship.

About the Job

This casual position is located in Darwin, NT and reports to the Regional Manager.

The salary is in accordance with the SCHADS Award, Level 4.

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree-level qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or other Community/Human Services discipline; or a Diploma and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the community services sector.
  • A national Criminal History check.
  • A current and valid Working with Children's Check.
