Indigenous Community Wellbeing Support

We are seeking a specialist to support the social and emotional wellbeing of Indigenous communities through culturally safe and trauma-informed practices.
- Deliver holistic health services to promote wellbeing and link clients with necessary support.
- Facilitate group sessions empowering communities and promoting mental health.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural knowledge and awareness, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing information, education, and assessments that support clients' wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing culturally appropriate support to Indigenous youth and families.
- Facilitating group sessions to empower community members and promote mental health.
Requirements include demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal culture, history, and sensitivity to the experiences of Indigenous people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
