Pharmaceutical Business Insights Lead Role

This is a challenging role for a skilled professional to advance brand teams understanding and insights into relevant therapeutic markets.

  • We are looking for an experienced individual with advanced Excel skills to build analytical data models, interpret pharmaceutical data sources, and present findings.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in building and interpreting analytical models to drive analysis and tracking of brand's strategic objectives.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will be able to report and track sales force effectiveness for in-field teams, including preparing reports, providing insights and recommendations, and presenting findings.
  • This role requires strong communication and business partnering capabilities, as well as superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis, interpretation, and presentation of various pharmaceutical data sources to advance brand teams understanding and insights into relevant therapeutic markets.
  • Building and interpretation of analytical models to drive analysis and tracking of brand's strategic objectives.
  • Reporting and tracking of sales force effectiveness for in-field teams, including preparing reports, providing insights and recommendations, and presenting findings.
  • Leading the analysis and reporting of quarterly sales incentive calculations for in-field sales teams.
  • Superior analytics capabilities, including advanced Excel skills. Experience building analytical data models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data sources, especially IQVIA sales data.
  • Superior communication and business partnering capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously using exceptional time-management skills.
  • Superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience with data visualisation tools (Qlik Cloud experience would be highly regarded).
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft suite especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Previous experience with a CRM system (Veeva CRM experience will be highly regarded).
  • Experience in sales force effectiveness.
