Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and develop new trading strategies and models using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with our trading and technology teams to design and implement new trading systems and algorithms.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in our trading strategies and systems.
  • Develop and maintain complex mathematical models and algorithms to optimize trading performance.
  • Communicate complex technical ideas and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  • Exceptional mathematical problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of statistical techniques.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
  • Experience working on in-depth research projects and a strong track record of publication in top-tier academic journals.
