BTP is looking for a Procurement and Planning Manager to oversee a team of procurement professionals. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure timely acquisition and supply of goods and services.

This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and team working skills. The successful candidate will be based at our Head office in Hazelmere with flexible working options.

The role involves supervising, training, and motivating the procurement team, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring delivery of service level and supply to contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities include identifying and mitigating procurement-related risks, developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business goals, collaborating with sales teams to understand customer needs, and overseeing the creation, review, and approval of purchase orders.

About this role:

  • Experience in a similar role in the heavy mobile equipment industry or related sectors
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience with Power BI reporting suite
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual with a collaborative mindset
