As an integral member of our Housing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Housing Portfolio: You will oversee the efficient operation of our Housing services, manage financial tasks, and provide critical support to colleagues.
  • Handling Financial Tasks: You will be responsible for completing accounts receivable, accounts payable, rent assessments, and debt management tasks with utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Supporting Tenants: You will ensure all aspects of tenant care are handled in accordance with regulations and program requirements, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Improving Processes: You will identify inefficiencies and implement changes to enhance our systems, driving continuous improvement.
  • Managing Files and Databases: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenants and properties, ensuring timely access to vital information.

What qualifications do you possess?

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Community Housing or Private Rental sector (desirable).
  • Proven administrative skills with demonstrated expertise in record keeping and file management.
  • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
  • Proficient in computer software including databases, MS Office (Word, Excel), and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
