About the Role

A global leader in water system services seeks an experienced Director Level Dams Engineer to join their industry-leading Dams team.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management of complex dam projects across Australia. You will lead and run engineering components, guide and mentor engineers, and create lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Lead and deliver major dam projects, providing technical and strategic direction.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop a growing team of engineers, ensuring high-quality outputs and excellent client service.
  • Dam Design: Design and manage dams from options-analysis through to detailed design.
  • Clients Relationships: Create and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivering above expected outcomes within the dam industry.
  • Pedagogy: Passion for mentoring and leadership.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Possess a relevant tertiary degree.
