Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced commercial disputes lawyer with 1-2 years of post qualification experience to join our practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile and driven commercial dispute resolution specialist looking to apply their knowledge and skillset in a fast-paced environment.

Our team focuses on a broad mix of litigious and pre-litigation advisory matters, offering variety, client contact, and ownership of matters. We welcome candidates who are confident in processes and rules of the NSW Courts and the Federal Court.

Experience in other jurisdictions will be highly regarded, as will experience acting in proceedings before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (or state equivalent bodies).

We require someone who is attentive to detail, efficient in prioritising tasks, and able to demonstrate business acumen.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in disputes relating to contract law, Australian Consumer Law and the Corporations Act, and additional experience in relation to disputes involving regulators, commercial and retail leasing, construction, or intellectual property would be desirable.
