Mobile Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of all servicing tasks relating to our mobile fleet. This role will be based in Townsville or Rockhampton and is a permanent opportunity.

We take pride in our people, our safety culture, and maintaining our equipment to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing servicing on a mine site, a trade certificate in Mobile Plant Maintenance or equivalent, and a demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams.

They will also hold current Mining Supervisor qualifications, as well as Carry out the Risk Management Process and Standard 11 & Drivers Licence & Coal Board Medical.

In this role, you will coordinate the safe and cost-effective servicing of all equipment, including documentation and reporting. You will ensure services are executed within safety, time, and cost requirements and focused on continuous improvement, leading teams to develop and implement solutions.

You will promote and maintain a positive safety culture and record within the team.
