Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

You'll drive strategic planning, operational efficiency, and performance across our operations departments. You'll take ownership of core financial reporting and provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.

You'll collaborate closely with key operational teams to deliver insights, identify risks and opportunities, support key initiatives, and help shape plans that enhance efficiency, accountability, and long-term value.

You'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing reporting packs that support operational decision-making.

This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of operational finance, contribute meaningfully across functions, and grow within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Economics (CA/CPA preferred)
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Financial/Management reporting experience
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A strong problem solver with attention to detail
