Effective maintenance leadership is required to oversee all site operations and ensure a seamless execution of maintenance activities.
- Developing and maintaining a positive work environment by prioritizing team collaboration and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Implementing and upholding a high standard of safety protocols while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and OEM recommendations.
- Driving continuous improvement within the maintenance team through effective asset management and process optimization.
- Nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and possessing knowledge of relevant mining-related legislation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior experience in mining maintenance with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- A mechanical trade qualification along with significant experience in mining maintenance.
- Strong emphasis on client relationships and ability to lead high-performing teams.
