About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX and UI Design either as an in-house or consulting capacity
  • Proficiency in developing high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using an established Design System
  • Demonstrable experience in working with agile teams in the co-creation and implementation of digital experiences
  • Proficiency in documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Conduct remote and in-person UX research and usability testing
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive own workflow and work asynchronously with the team
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous
