About the Role:

We are seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our client, a leading provider of workplace health services and solutions.

As a Physiotherapist, you will work with business partners onsite to provide quality, hands-on services and implement dynamic programs tailored to improve the health of their team.

You will liaise with workers to develop rapport, deliver evidence-based manual therapy, and use your clinical reasoning skills to deliver positive health outcomes for workers and their employers.

This is a full-time onsite treatment and injury prevention role, with opportunities for career progression and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality, hands-on physiotherapy services to workers
  • Implement dynamic programs to improve workplace health
  • Liaise with workers to develop rapport and deliver evidence-based manual therapy
  • Use clinical reasoning skills to deliver positive health outcomes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Passionate about hands-on MSK Physiotherapy
  • Confident communicator
  • Patient, service-orientated, and a 'people person'
  • Active listener and critical thinking skills
  • Passion and drive to make a difference
  • Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set, and career
  • Current driver's license
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
