Experienced Hospitality Professional Wanted for Class Preparation Assistant Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Class Preparation Assistant to join our team at TAFE NSW. As a Class Preparation Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our classrooms, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available, and providing exceptional customer service to our students.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in stores procurement and commercial kitchen procedures and processes, including knowledge of hospitality equipment operation and maintenance
- Sound administrative skills and accurate record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package of $55,946.46 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. Our workplace values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we welcome applications from candidates from diverse backgrounds.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 34.5 hours per week over 41 weeks per year. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to this arrangement and meet the requirements of the role.
