Decarbonizing Australia's Infrastructure

Australia's infrastructure and buildings are responsible for almost a third of the country's emissions. To overcome worker shortages that are hindering the decarbonisation of infrastructure projects, we need to identify the composition of the workforce that can decarbonise infrastructure projects while pinpointing recommendations to upskill and grow the workforce.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to address labour shortages and improve industry productivity.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and industry stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Evaluate the impact of implemented solutions on industry outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, engineering, or environmental science.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with government policies and regulations.
