Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer-facing team as an Operations Team Member.

This role involves delivering store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

About the Role
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
  • Cash handling, banking integrity, systems access, data integrity, store web sales, extended warranty claims, telephone management, marketing, and promotional activity are all key aspects of this role.
  • You will also contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and controllable expenses.
  • Additionally, you will manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures and collaborate as part of a team to deliver a consistent store and channel experience for customers.

  • Strong self-awareness and the ability to use feedback and reflection to gain insight into strengths and weaknesses are also crucial.
