**etail Store Manager**

Jacksons Drawing Supplies a long-established WA family owned company, is seeking a Retail Store Manager in our **Busselton store**.

**Skill Requirements**
- Strong art product knowledge & a genuine passion for art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions
- Identify opportunities for up-selling of products and services and/or increased salesBuild strong and lasting relationships with our existing team and customers
- Build strong and lasting relationships with our existing team and customers

**Key Duties**
- Serving customers in a polite, friendly helpful manner
- Providing customers with quality advice
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Operating an electronic point of sale system
- Implementing company policies and procedures
- Some heavy lifting required (10-20kgs)

**Hours**
- Part time / Full time
