Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor

A well-established consultancy seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk analysis and prepare financial reports.
  • Prepare bills of quantities and produce quick estimates.
  • Read and interpret building plans with a good understanding of practical applications.
  • Support construction projects in the Health, Education, and Government sectors.
  • Apply strong PC skills and analytical thinking.
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a PQS background in Australia.
  • Experience with BuildSoft and Cost X Estimating Software.
