Job Title: Fashion Stylist

Create iconic, fashion-forward designs for a globally recognised brand.

  • About the Role:
  • Develop and design pieces for seasonal collections from initial research and concept through to final product.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior and emerging fashion movements to inform design direction.
  • Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure designs align with commercial goals and customer demand.
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications and work closely with garment technicians to translate designs accurately into final garments.
  • Assist with fabric and trim selection, considering quality, cost and suitability.
  • Conduct fittings and support refinement of designs to ensure strong fit and final finish.
  • Sustain high-quality design standards while exploring innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and developing cohesive collection stories.
  2. Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success.
  3. Translating designs into accurate, high-quality final products.
  4. Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in fashion design within contemporary or fashion-forward brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of garment construction and fabric properties.
  • Strong creative eye and ability to interpret trends into commercially viable designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality and fit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
