Job Description:

The position of Accounts Payable Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Ariba P2P system and timely processing of supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process supplier invoices through the Ariba P2P system
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and commitment to performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance function
  • A strong understanding of transactional procurement and PO systems
  • Experience with Ariba P2P is highly desirable
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong relationship management and communication abilities
