Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a front-of-house professional, you will work in various settings, including cocktail parties, sit-down dinners, boardroom meetings, festivals, or superyacht cruises around the harbour.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring correct items are served and providing an attentive and professional service.
  • Prepare areas before service, including setting tables with cutlery, glassware, and condiments. Clear tables promptly after service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the area, including table surfaces, chairs, and floors, to create a pleasant and sanitary environment for guests.
  • Ensure guests' needs are met promptly and courteously, addressing concerns or complaints professionally and proactively.
  • Collaborate with other food and beverage attendants and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Support special events, banquets, or functions by providing food and beverage service as required.
  • Comply with food safety standards, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
